How it works

SEIM has five tabs along the bottom: Today, AI, Stats, Look back and Settings. Everything else lives inside one of them.

1. Set up your profile

The first launch walks you through four short steps: your name, gender, age, height and weight, then your goal — daily health, lose weight, sleep well or train consistently. From height and weight the app computes your BMI.

This profile stays on your phone. The only time it is sent anywhere is when you open the AI coach with health context sharing switched on, and you can turn that off at any time.

2. Start a challenge

Open Today and pick from the suggested challenges at the top, or tap Habit library to browse everything. Each challenge runs for a set number of days — anywhere from 7 to 30.

One tap starts it. The challenge appears as a strip at the top of the Today screen, and you can run several at once; tap a strip to switch which one is shown below it.

3. Work through the day

Every challenge breaks into small tasks for that specific day. Tick each one as you do it. A day counts as complete when you finish its tasks, and that is what feeds your streak.

Swipe a challenge off the strip, or use its menu, if you want to stop it — the app will warn you that the progress is deleted and cannot be undone.

4. Check the roadmap

Inside a challenge, the roadmap lists its days one by one. You can see which day you are on, what the next one asks for, and which ones you already missed.

5. Watch your stats

The Stats tab shows:

  • Today — how much of today’s task list is done.
  • Current streak — consecutive completed days, and your record.
  • Last 7 days and Last 30 days — day-by-day history.
  • Completion rate and weekly totals.

6. Take a daily photo

Look back holds a timeline of photos you have taken. One photo a day is enough; after a few weeks you can compare the same day across weeks. Photos are stored in the app’s private storage and are never uploaded.

7. Ask the AI coach

The AI tab opens a chat with the coach. Ask about training, sleep or diet, or about the habit you keep putting off. It uses your profile and current progress to give specific advice.

  • There is a limit of 30 messages a day.
  • It does not diagnose conditions and will tell you to see a doctor when needed.
  • Turn health context sharing off in Settings → AI data if you would rather it did not know your profile.

8. Set a reminder

Each challenge can have its own reminder time. Reminders are scheduled on your phone by the operating system, so they still arrive after a restart. Turn them off in Settings.

9. Write your own challenge

If none of the 44 fit, open the habit library and create your own: title, tagline, number of days, colour, icon, reminder and each individual task. You can also ask the AI to draft a pack from an idea you describe — it fills in the editor, and you decide whether to keep it.

10. Settings

Settings holds your profile, theme (light, dark or follow the system), language (English and Vietnamese), reminder options, the AI data controls, a list of your photos, and the data-deletion options.

Deleting your data

You can clear the AI history, start over with a fresh profile, or delete everything from your phone’s system settings. All three are permanent — nothing is backed up anywhere, because nothing was ever uploaded.

A note on health

SEIM is a habit tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a doctor. If you are pregnant, injured or managing a health condition, talk to a doctor before starting any exercise or diet change.
